研究介绍 (Research Interest)


本课题组的研究将围绕着有机(合成)化学 这个核心科学(Central Science)展开,具体包括:

1)有机催化的不对称反应 (Asymmetric Organocatalysis)

不对称有机催化相比于过渡金属催化具有催化剂绿色环保来源充足反应条件温和以及反应方式多样等一系列优点,是近年来不对称催化领域发展的一个热点(2019年被IUPAC评为十大改变世界的化学创新之一)。本课题组现阶段的一个主要研究方向就是利用手性Brønsted酸类催化剂,利用其作为质子酸催化剂、手性阴离子以及手性配体等多种参与不对称反应的方式,发展新颖、高效的不对称反应。


2)具有生理活性的天然产物及小分子药物(糖缀合物)的合成 (Carbohydrate Chemistry)

糖作为组成生命体的一类重要大分子,相较于蛋白质、DNA等受到的研究却较少,这是由于糖类化合物相比于蛋白质、DNA等具有更加复杂的化学特性,包括其连接的区域选择性、糖苷化反应的立体选择性等。本课题组的一个研究兴趣就是利用催化剂实现糖类分子的高效区域选择性以及立体选择性合成。


3)化学生物学(选择性蛋白质修饰)(Chemical Biology)

本课题组也感兴趣利用新颖的有机反应实现蛋白质的选择性修饰,并实现其功能的调控。
